Kirstin
Founder of the Kiba Kitehouse
I want to not only make my holiday home in El Gouna the perfect home, but also bring people together there.
I have travelled a lot in my life and really appreciated hostels as a way to connect with people on site. At the beginning of my travels I spent long periods in Southeast Asia and Australia. After I discovered kitesurfing, my travel destinations were related to the sport, especially Cape Town and El Gouna.
El Gouna became more than just a holiday destination for me. I found friends who live there or keep coming back - the so-called "Gounis". So I decided to buy a house for my stays there. In the time I'm not there, I want it to bring joy to others.
In my hometown in Heiligenhafen, right on the Baltic Sea, I have already gained a lot of experience in renting out properties. I am always happy when I meet the same people, both in El Gouna and here on the Baltic Sea.
As a new mother in 2024, I know the special needs of families on vacation and am happy to have a good nanny in El Gouna who I can also pass on to my guests.
Since I want to stay in Germany and pursue my career as a pharmacist here, I am very grateful to have a good local housing agency and the support of friends for the Kite Event Weeks.
Property management and guest management
Thanks to Alissa and the Fulllstop housing agency, I know that the Kiba Kitehouse is in good hands. Alissa takes care of all guest management for regular rentals as well as the maintenance of the house. Originally from Germany, she knows the German standards and the reliability that comes with them. In addition to German, she also speaks English and Arabic, as she has lived in El Gouna with her family for over 16 years. She checks in all guests personally and is available as a contact person on site at any time during the stay.

Tini
Kite Event Weeks
Tini loves kiting and El Gouna – and you can feel it! During the Kite Event Weeks, she takes care of our guests with passion and ensures that everyone has an unforgettable time.
After two years in El Gouna, she briefly returned to Germany, but in 2024 it was clear: El Gouna is her home. She spends most of her time on the beach at Kitepower El Gouna, rocks social media management and has also been a kite instructor since the end of 2024.
With her open nature, her passion for kiting and her El Gouna vibe, she makes every week special!
Kite Event Weeks
Julia also leads some kite event weeks at the Kiba Kitehouse. Through her experience in guest services at KiteWorldWide in Brazil, she knows exactly what our guests need to have a great time.
She also brings valuable expertise in marketing and social media management. Thanks to her remote marketing job, Julia lives and works either in the van, Brazil or in other great places.
She returns to El Gouna again and again to enjoy the perfect kite conditions and spend time with friends.
